Real love is something the world is searching for. It’s the practical message the world needs to hear, the actions that needs to be demonstrated, and a God the world needs to meet. The strongest evidence of love is the sacrificial blood of Jesus shed on the Cross of Calvary. Let’s obey the command to love one-another (Luke 10:27).
We all have a calling to love. However, love is a choice, we can determine in our heart to show love to everyone that crosses our path irrespective of their beliefs. I strongly belief that walking in love would eradicate most of the social ills in the world today, hence, my heart cry and prayer is “Father Teach Me How to Love Again”, which incidentally is the title of my latest book.
Father Teach Me How to Love again outlines the power of God’s love in a strong, biblical and practical ways that would inspire readers to live a love-inspired life. The book is written for people who had lost the ability to love due to life’s experiences; people who suffered broken relationships with friends, relations, spouses etc.; people who want to increase / improve the ability to love others in a godly way; and people who had given up the hope of finding love.
This book was birth out of my desire to see God’s people reactivated, rediscover and resurrect the power of love in their lives. It’s a natural progression from my first book titled “The Fear Factor” especially the chapter moving from fear to love. This book discusses amongst other things:
- Introduce me to love
- What’s this thing called love
- A recipe for love
- His compassionate love heals
- Teach me how to forgive
- Teach me to discipline my child in love
- The intimacy of love
- Give me an attitude of gratitude
- Teach me to love again
- Come, the lover is calling you!
There is an erosion of community spirit and family values. Our love tank is dangerously running on the empty because we cannot give what we do not have. The author emphasizes that love is the answer to most of the ailments in the world today because of her healing power which brings emotional, spiritual and physical restoration.
“And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love. (1 Corinthians 13:13).” Using the above scripture, the author admonishes readers to specialize in love. Readers will learn to be restored and walk in love on a daily basis.
