John Akeem Shomade is born in Nigeria to a Muslim family. He became a Christian after an encounter with the person of our Lord Jesus Christ. He has over 20 years’ experience of working at different levels within the Kingdom of God. His code of conduct is love and integrity. Today, John is a pastor, and author, counsellor, educator and teacher of the biblical principles with a prophetic and apostolic calling. He’s also a trained chaplain and founder of the Agapeo Love International Ministries (A.L.I.M) in the UK. John is a highly committed servant leader who enjoys building and maintaining meaningful, Christ-centered relationships. He is a compassionate and dedicated professional, resourceful and motivated minister of the Word with an extensive itinerant ministry. He is a worthy ambassador of the Lord Jesus Christ. He is married with two children.
Professionally, John is a qualified chartered insurance practitioner, school teacher and college lecturer, who worked for over 20 years within the financial services sector. John has found the secret of spiritual power–walking in love. This is what gives us power over most of the ills of today as we obey the greatest commandment given by Jesus, our Lord and Saviour. One of his desires is to call people to repentance and be reconciled with God through the saving power of Jesus’ blood. He encourages people to start a personal relationship with our Heavenly Father.
